The 2024 APL BACKYARD BATTLE is a 3-LIFT, PUSH/PULL & BENCH ONLY competition sanctioned with AUSTRALIAN POWERLIFTING LEAGUE.
Competitors will take to the platform at the 2024 APL Backyard Battle, to showcase their strength in the Squat, Bench Press and Deadlift.
⚠️ Federation membership fees and lifting suits ARE REQUIRED to participate.
If you are not yet a member of APL you can defer purchasing a membership until 1 week out from comp (at the very latest).
REGISTRATIONS OPEN 13 MARCH 2024 @ 5PM.
