COACH GRACIE
COACH
Coach Gracie has grown up in the gym and been surrounded by strength training from a young age. What began as a passion for her own training has naturally progressed into a coaching role at Iron Strength, where she now helps members build strength, confidence, and great movement patterns.
Alongside coaching, Gracie is currently studying Physiotherapy and has a deep interest in human movement, injury prevention, and helping people move better and stronger. This combination of hands-on coaching and academic study allows her to take a thoughtful, evidence-based approach to training.
As a competitive powerlifter, Gracie has broken multiple national records, giving her first-hand experience in high-level performance and technical excellence under the bar. She is passionate about helping others enjoy the process, move well, and reach their full potential.
