COACH E

DIRECTOR/HEAD COACH

> The Visionary
> Easily identifiable by his fierce beard
> Often seen around the gym yelling cues, squinting at and correcting everyone’s lifting technique, and all of that with a beer in hand…but only on a Friday night!

Elias Wright, more commonly known as Coach E, is a strength coach and powerlifting coach with over 10 years of experience in the fitness industry. He opened up Iron Strength in 2015 and over the years has coached hundreds of clients to state, national, and international levels.

Coach E has a keen eye for detail in human movement and lifting technique, and has an innate ability at communicating well with complete novices, high level athletes, and everyone else in between. He is definitely most famous for his no-nonsense approach to coaching…and ability to not take life to seriously. Elias firmly believes lifting should be enjoyable, because why do it if you’re not having fun!

Jacqueline Feher, more commonly known as Jacks, is the engine room of Iron Strength. She does everything behind the scenes and is pretty darn awesome at organising anything and everything. Her claim to fame is definitely running the best powerlifting comps in North Queensland.

MILA DOG

MEMBER CONSULTANT

> The only reason we have members
> Easily identifiable by her fierce tail wag (you’ll know about it if it hits you)
> Often seen around the gym begging for food, getting pats from everyone, and sunbaking in the driveway.

Elias and Jacky met Mila in 2016 after going to a local shelter to ‘just have a look’. Mila of course made sure they did not leave without her.

Mila is hugely adored by the Iron Strength community, and offers immeasurable support to anyone and everyone that walks through the doors of her gym.
