JOINING IS
AS EASY AS 1-2-3
STEP 1: Technique Assessment Session
Before getting started at our Cairns gym, one of our coaches will assess your current mobility, movement/technique and strength level, which is done in a private 90 min coaching session. During the session you will learn about the 3 major compound lifts (the squat, bench and deadlift) that underpin all of our programming and training here at Iron Strength.
STEP 2: Customised Program
From that session we will have all the information necessary to create a program to get you started on your strength journey.
STEP 3: Open Gym Membership
You will then be let loose in the gym. But don’t fret – our membership includes basic coaching and support. So as you are learning the ropes and continue to progress, there will always be someone on hand to spot, watch and critique a set, and answer any questions you may have. If you feel like you would benefit from a few more PT sessions before joining the gym, then that can easily be arranged too.
